I was honestly super sad to see the 2012 series come to an end in 2017. Then the Bayverse turtles happened, and again just more love for them. Thinking back, it’s actually crazy to me that i’ve loved the turtles since 2012.

I’m proud to say that I stayed with the 2012 tv series all five years of its showing. Over time, I got into the old 1990’s live action films. It definitely did not take me long to watch every single new episode that aired. But since I knew that I had loved the 2007 film, I gave the new show a try. I was shocked because up until then, I wasn’t aware of the new show. Then a couple days later, I heard about the new television show coming to Nickelodeon and lo and behold it was Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles the 2012 series.

Leonardo was instantly my favorite of the boys.

When I finally saw the full movie, I fell in love.

I watched up until they were about to have the final fight towards the end of the movie (because I had to eventually go to school lol) and I recorded it so I could see the entire movie. But I think they’re all named after Renaissance artists.” So, I continued to watch, because I wanted to know why they were fighting. Wow, this is way darker than I thought this was.” And then I thought, “Okay, so I know there’s a Michelangelo… and I think a Leonardo…? I can’t think of the other’s names. They’re brothers, right? Why are they fighting? Like they actually look like they’re trying to kill each other. I was absolutely confused because I thought to myself, “Wait. I had missed the scene right before where they were talking, so what I saw was where the boys were fighting without dialogue. The scene that I started watching was the exact scene in the movie where Raph and Leo were fighting. Isn’t it for boys – like Power Rangers?” But nonetheless I decided to give it a try and clicked to watch it. In that time I had to spare, I turned on the TV where I came across the title “TMNT.” I thought to myself, “Okay, I think that’s the ninja turtle thing. One morning I was getting ready to go to school and I had a little bit of time while I waited on my mom to finish getting ready so she could drive me to school. I got into the TMNT fandom back in early September of 2012, BUT it was before the 2012 Nickelodeon series had aired. So nobody asked for this, but I just felt like sharing anyway. I don’t even know what to think about what will happen with Draxum. The next episode that airs is in a week and it’s titled “Many Unhappy Returns.” In a way, I wish we had a bit of a hiatus so we could sit and suffer for a little longer (horrible, I know but I just want to cherish the glory of this finale a little longer before the new season starts) but anyway, I’m still very very excited for what’s to come. These boys have been lying since they could speak Damn even with a broken body, splinter is KILLING THE GAME April this isn’t the time to make emojis Draxum bby the microphone is upside down Is that yellow-clad, red head supposed to be an old version of April 😬 “I don’t normally feel things but that one got through” ME TOO DONNIE it flashes by so fast but what I got from baby Raph and Leo (since this is I think our first time seeing them) is that Raph already has so many bandaids all over his body, and Leo acted so much like Eddy (from Ed, Edd, and Eddy) as a child A DRILL (possible foreshadow to Donnie’s drill showing up later) Huginn and Muninn will always be my favorite with their comedic timing Is that just me? Is that that voice actor? The top council head… man thing? He sounds like Optimus Prime. Lol Baron did a whole Nick Fury “I recognize the council has made a decision, but given that it’s a stupid-ass decision, I’ve elected to ignore it” 😂😂😂 I THOUGHT THE EPISODE ENDED THERE FOR A SECOND These fight scenes are done amazingly well. HOLY SHIT WE ARE AND ITS EVERYTHING I NEVER KNEW I NEEDED OMFG ARE WE GETTING A SPLINTER/BARON DRAXUM FIGHT. Half expected Splinter to hurt his back but HE PULLED IT OFF AND ITS GLORIOUS Hahahah Bullhop has massive pectoral energy. To be completely honest, I wasn’t ready for Leo to be leader yet I love how Raph is the one who is having visions with Splinter Oh wow these foot faces are being so humiliated “MmmmmmOoooooooohmmmmm’s laaaaaaaawwwww” “And none of us gave him grandchildren” 😗 Leo, I can’t help with dat. Did Draxum mean to have her be a messenger? Yeah that makes sense.
